1. 2 Loperamide capsules are taken after the first loose bowel movement. Refrain from taking more for the next 4 hours no matter how many loose bowel movements occur.

2. After the 4 hour mark, if another loose bowel movement is experienced, 2 additional Loperamide caplets are taken. Refrain from taking more for the next 4 hours, no matter how many loose bowel movements occur.

Ingest the minimum amount needed in order to control diarrhea. Loperamide users may take one, or they may take a half of one, but up to 12 per day, if needed, can safely address the problem of excessive bowel movements.
