Since the year 2000 I have been experiencing pain in my lower abdomen. It would come and go. Sometimes months would go by before symptoms would occur. Around 2005 I started getting inflammation in my lower abdomen; a fever and night sweats. Later when the inflammation returned I started getting a knot in the lower left of my abdomen.
